Processing Time

All orders ship from the U.S.
    •    Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
    •    Orders placed after 12 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
    •    During high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly — but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Options (United States)

Standard Shipping
    •    3–5 business days
    •    Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Express Shipping
    •    1–2 business days
    •    Available at checkout.

Next-Day Delivery (U.S.)

We offer U.S. Next-Day Delivery on select items and locations.
Orders must be placed before 12 PM CST to ship same day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
    •    Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–12 business days).
    •    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:
    •    A confirmation email
    •    Your tracking number
    •    Live updates from the carrier

Lost or Stolen Packages

Maison Mahina is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If this occurs:
    1.    Please check with neighbors, building staff, or mailroom.
    2.    Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
    3.    Email us — we will always do our best to help guide you.

Pre-Orders

If any item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will appear on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together.

Shipping Address Changes
