Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, items must be:
    •    Unworn
    •    Unwashed
    •    Free of makeup, fragrance, or marks
    •    With tags and packaging intact
    •    In perfect, resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

We currently offer size exchanges or product exchanges for the same value, depending on availability.

If the item you want is out of stock, you may select another piece or request a store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    •    Swimwear & Earrings
    •    Products labeled as “Final Sale”
    •    Any item purchased with a final sale promotion
    •    Gift cards

Our team will respond with instructions within 24–48 hours.

Return Shipping

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Maison Mahina is not responsible for lost parcels.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will take care of it immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original form of payment.

Please allow:
    •    5–7 business days for processing
    •    Additional time for your bank to release the funds

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
